I believe you misunderstood a little. I was talking about our modern world, you know, since Kenkou confirmed Isekai travel and all that. Since monster couples can travel back and forth I wonder, if gods can do the same, could they affect our world and grant their blessings to people from our world?

On that I can't recall if anything has been officially said. Power from the MGE world doesn't seem to effect other worlds unless beings with that power travel to that world, so perhaps getting a deity's blessing would require said deity to first travel to said world to deliver the blessing.

If you ask me, is one of the few alternatives for a solid surface and space millions of times that of Earth and You could even use both sides. Thia way the Demon Lord and her husband could travel to a new location every year even if it has been a few hundreds of years since Lilith ascended to the throne.

It's entirely possible. We just don't know. Though it's been 1000 years since the change but that's all we know.

The only references he has made so far is an old Q&A saying it may be somewhat closer to Ptolemy's theory than the real world.

Gravity is about the same as Earth. However, since the world of the monster girl picture book is not a planet in the first place, the reason why gravity occurs is different.It seems like the gravity is generated from the power of great earth elemental which stabilizes the foundation of the world.

That gravity is caused by a "great earth elemental" because it isn't a planet or at least nothing like the real world heliocentric model.

I don’t really see why you need “alternatives.” The MGE world could just be significantly larger than the real world and the effect would be the same.
